The store's offer includes prepared in disposable or reusable dishes, cold and hot drinks, sushi, dishes based on fish in cooking elements, semi-finished and finished products.

The prices presented are expressed in Polish zlotys and include VAT. Prices do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are added as a separate item in the basket, information about the shipping price is given before the conclusion of the sales contract.

Orders can be placed electronically via the order form (basket) on the store's website or by phone.

Placing an order by a consumer constitutes his submission of an offer to conclude a sales contract. The contract is concluded when the store accepts this offer without reservation.

Sales contracts are concluded in Polish.

The deadline for completing the order is calculated from the moment the restaurant confirms the necessary data to prepare the order.

Orders are processed within the deadline agreed with the order, excluding public holidays. The execution of the order should be understood as the delivery of the purchased goods to the consumer.

The seller may contact the consumer to confirm the order, contact details or arrangements resulting from the content of the order comment.

In the event of departures in the delivery of orders, the seller asks the consumer to notify the situation by phone (please provide the order number and contact details).

The seller is not responsible for providing by the consumer incomplete or incorrect contact details. The costs associated with transport to the wrong address and re-shipping to the correct address shall be borne by the consumer.

The seller reserves the right to change the prices of goods in the catalogue and on the website, introduce new goods to the offer, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns or make changes to them. Orders placed are carried out under the conditions in force at the time of their submission, any subsequent changes in the prices of goods or other elements covered by the order do not affect the shape of the previously concluded purchase-sale contract.

You can pay for the orders as follows:

  • with cash when picking up the order,
  • by card when picking up the order,
  • electronically using the PayPal service.

In the event that the payment for the order is lower than specified in the order, the seller will inform the consumer about the necessity of the additional payment. The order will be sent after the payment has been credited.

In the event that the payment for the order is higher than specified in the order, the seller will inform the consumer about the situation with a request to provide the bank account number in order to return the resulting overpayment. The excess payment will be refunded within two business days of receiving information from the account number from the consumer.

The costs depend on the destination of delivery (indication of the district in Radom).

After submitting the complaint and its positive consideration, the Seller undertakes to resend the order to the consumer or agree to other direct arrangements.

In the scope of services provided electronically by the online store, these regulations constitute the regulations for the provision of electronic services within the meaning of art. 8 clause 1 of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

The online store makes these regulations available to recipients free of charge before the conclusion of the contract for the provision of electronic services, also in a way that allows the acquisition, reproduction and recording of the content of the regulations by means of an ICT system used by the recipients.
